Many of our operating locations are by their nature or location unpredicatable. We maintain Cloud based action plans for our staff and clients to prepare for kidnaps, armed attacks, social unrest, in-extremis evacuations and medical emergencies. We maintain strategic partnerships with insurance and aviation providers to provide the full spectrum of immediate our response capabilities.
Our risk consultants aim to prevent a crisis from occurring in the first place, identify people at risk, contain and reduce the negative effects of a crisis, and manage that crisis if it arises. We incorporate pre-emptive contingency planning and reporting, international threat-level monitoring, risk mitigation advice and management services, and – tailoring the response to the situation and the client – deploy multiskilled responders around the world.
Business continuity
Business Continuity (BC) is defined as the capability of an organization to continue delivery of products or services at acceptable predefined levels following a disruptive incident. (Source: ISO 22301:2012). From our own experience achieving ISO xxxx across our global business we are able to offer business continuity consulting and planning to our clients who operate in complex environments.

Incidents can be localized short term disasters, to days long building wide problems, to a permanent loss of a building. The training also covers how a business would recover its operations or move operations to another location after damage by events like natural disasters, theft, or flooding. For example, if a fire destroys an office building or data center, the people and business or data center operations would relocate to a recovery site.
