Risk analysis and reporting
By their nature many of our markets are volatile and require us to constantly monitor and analyze security risks. From our offices in London, Dubai and Washington DC and from our field offices around the world we produce a range of risk analysis and threat-based publications designed especially for people with operational requirements. Reports analyze the current security situation, political, regulatory and cultural challenges. Our analysis and reporting enables our clients to understand the current threat levels or risk and supports operational decision-making.

Our information services offer to clients combines four internal teams and products:

Operational reporting - .Xplored reports and Risk Analysis Managers (RAMs)

We have a team of RAMs based in our core markets, supported by local national collators and interns that provide tactical to strategic level daily, weekly and monthly analysis of events in our core areas of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Yemen, Nigeria, Haiti, Mozambique and Somalia. Reports are 'pushed' to email subscribers and can be 'pulled' via the .Xplored portal. The RAMs also provide bespoke reporting and analysis services, that include (but are not limited to): Site Security and Vulnerability Studies (SSVS), High Threat Environment and Awareness Training (HEAT), country awareness presentations, area threat assessments and post incident analysis and mitigation guidance.  Live data relating to imminent and ongoing threats to operations or staff is disseminated directly via a range of systems, including SMS and spot-report alerts.
